1. Scope of Services

Coconino Home Company provides professional organizing, decluttering, space planning, holiday decoration, and vacation rental maintenance. Services will be performed as per the agreed proposal.

2. Scheduling & Payment

Appointments require a 50% deposit upon booking. Full payment is due upon completion. Cancellations within 24 hours of service may incur a fee.

3. Liability

Coconino Home Company is not liable for damages to personal items unless caused by negligence during services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must disclose hazardous conditions and approve disposal or donation of items.

4. Privacy Policy

Coconino Home Company respects client privacy and ensures all personal information, including home details and project specifics, remains confidential. No photographs, descriptions, or information about the client's home or project will be shared publicly unless explicitly permitted by the client. If consent is provided, such materials may be used for marketing purposes, including online advertising and social media content, showcasing the company's services and capabilities. Clients have the right to revoke this permission at any time by notifying Coconino Home Company in writing.
